BeNd Beer Yoga Family and Friends

We just had yet another amazingly fun Bend Beer Yoga at Worthy Brewing! It was so cool because we had beginners, families and people from all over the world taking the class.

Who'd a thought such a thing could bring so much joy to people. We had a family from Georgia in town for their daughters Birthday.. never have any of them taken yoga and they had a blast... 

"It was a little hard for me because I never workout or stretch but I needed it and the beer helped and made it fun. I enjoyed myself." -The Dad ​

Next up is Bend Beer Yoga presents Naked Yoga at Naked Winery Bend!.. No not actually naked! We will be drinking Naked Winery mimosas while doing yoga!

That's right folks!.. It doesn't have to be beer.. although Bend Oregon Beer is delicious... We have cocktail yoga, wine yoga, mimosa yoga, cider yoga... you name it, if the bar has it yoga!
