Well it's as simple as it sounds...Bend Beer Yoga is a yoga class that incorporates the drinking of beer (or in this case whatever floats your boat) whilst performing traditional beginner yoga poses and not taking life too seriously! Proceeds benefit Saving Grace Imagine Life Without Violence. Some of those horrible things have sadly hit close to home as of late within our city and within our team. Our goal with this event is to create awareness in our community about domestic violence, give back to Saving Grace and have a fun summer evening here in beautiful Bend Oregon! .
